Seeing the new potential within the MENA area these last years, ELOA INVEST participated to some hot IPOs in 2007 in different countries like Egypt (Talaat Mustafa in November 2007, HSBC and EFG Hermes were the joint co-ordinators and book runners for the share sale), UAE (Deyaar Development, a real estate company, SHUAA Capital and Millenium Finance Corp. sponsored the deal), Oman (Galfar Engineering, Oman’s biggest construction firm) as main examples.
